Professional Organizers in Canada

The Professional Organizers in Canada (POC) is an association of over 700 Professional Organizers across Canada. I have completed numerous training courses and passed an exam to become a trained Professional Organizer. I am a long term member of the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC) and also an executive board member of the Calgary Chapter.

Institute for Challenging Disorganization

The Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD) is an membership association that provides education, research and strategies for people challenged with disorganization. Through the ICD I have been able to take specific courses on hoarding, attention deficit disorder, disorganization and more so I am well prepared to help my clients.

Certified Staging Professionals

I have completed my training and passed the CSP exam to become a Certified Staging Professional (CSP). Over the years I have taken many interior design, architecture and decorating courses, and staged numerous homes and businesses.

Design and Renovation Experience

My design and renovation experience includes numerous courses on good interior design and feng shui principles, renovation of over 15 rental properties and actual hand-on experience doing: tiling, framing, electrical, roofing, drywalling, painting, plumbing etc.

Business and Marketing Degrees

Charlene has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba (Marketing and Management Information Systems) and a Marketing Management Certification from the University of Calgary.
